Cordex.de applies the law of distance. If the products do not meet your expectations, you can return them - provided they are undamaged and unused - to us within 14 days to receive a replacement product or any amount paid. Send us an email with your order number and a description of the problem.

Exchange / return:

Please note: After receipt of payment, we will send the order by express transport to the delivery address.

It may take between 5 and 7 business days (maximum) to arrive.
